Urquhart Digital Services is an owner-led technical business. You work directly with the person diagnosing and designing the system, with recommendations driven by the problem rather than a vendor or product quota.
All prices are in GBP. Third-party hardware, software, API usage, cloud services, licences, travel and accommodation are excluded unless specifically stated. Any applicable tax treatment will be confirmed in the quotation.

These are standard launch principles. The signed quotation or agreement defines the actual scope, milestones, payment and responsibilities for each engagement.

Hardware, travel, licences and third-party services are paid before commitment.

Changed requirements and additional features are separately quoted.
Support
Fixed projects include 30 days for correction of defects against the agreed specification. New requirements are separate work.
Urgent or out-of-hours work is charged at 1.5× the standard price where accepted. Retainers are prepaid monthly. Reusable UDS libraries, templates, tools, frameworks and general know-how remain UDS intellectual property; bespoke-deliverable ownership or licensing is defined in the project agreement after full payment.
