This notice describes the current website and enquiry flow. Project-specific data handling is defined separately where required.
Business responsible for the information
Urquhart Digital Services is operated by A. Urquhart, a United Kingdom sole trader. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when an owner-approved analytics token is configured for a production build. When it is not configured, this website loads no analytics script. Cloudflare may process limited technical request data as the hosting and security provider independently of the optional analytics feature.
Enquiries
The enquiry form collects the information entered by the visitor and non-sensitive context such as the landing page, referrer and UTM campaign values. If no form-processing endpoint is configured, the site opens the visitor’s email application and does not silently submit or store the form on the website.
Technical tools
The workstation planner and astronomy calculator operate locally in the browser. Their inputs are not sent to UDS unless the user deliberately includes the resulting summary in an enquiry.
Project and remote-access information
Project information is used to assess, quote and deliver the requested work. Remote access requires explicit client consent, an agreed access window and appropriate credential handling. Where UDS processes personal information on behalf of a business client, the necessary contractual and security responsibilities are defined before access.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only for legitimate enquiry, contractual, operational, accounting or legal purposes. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers or qualified delivery partners only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, restriction, deletion or other action concerning their personal information. Contact UDS with enough detail to identify the relevant interaction.
