NU AB: administration & work orders

Document intake, case preparation and field reporting developed around the records and decisions behind daily operations.

From incoming information to usable records

The Nordisk Utemiljö AB programme includes software for the administrative work around field operations. Incoming correspondence, supporting documents and work details need to stay connected as staff prepare a case, review evidence and produce the next document.

The private administration application implements case handling, source evidence, report preparation, pricing support and financial preparation. Annual activities and monthly contract-billing preparation have their own flows, so they can be reviewed in the context of the work they describe.

Work orders and evidence from the field

The work-order implementation includes PDF intake, duplicate checks and extraction of the job reference, location and description. Field reporting covers progress, labour, materials, equipment, receipts, photographs and notes. Dashboard and export code supports operational review and reporting.

These capabilities address a practical handover: a document received in the office needs to become useful information for the field team, then return with enough evidence for someone to review what happened.

Current delivery status

The administration application reached private cloud staging in September 2026, with backend and browser verification recorded in the release evidence. Restore testing is also recorded. This is a pre-live application; real sending, accounting writes and unattended inbox processing remain inactive in that release.

The established work-order code comes from the business’s existing desktop and cloud-app workflow. It includes implementation for intake, reporting and weekly delivery, but a fresh live operational check was not performed for this portfolio reference. It is not presented as a fully migrated cloud replacement or an autonomous invoicing system.

One programme with distinct responsibilities

This work belongs to the same business programme as the NU AB website and enquiry workflow and Operations Hub. The references describe different parts of one company’s software, with their individual delivery stages made clear.

The example covers system capabilities only. Customer correspondence, financial records, work-order identifiers and private application screens remain private.
