NU AB: website & connected business systems
A live service website and a preview-tested enquiry-to-job workflow for one property-maintenance business.

One business, from public website to daily work
Nordisk Utemiljö AB provides outdoor maintenance in the Stockholm region. Our work spans its public website and the development of connected business software behind it. These are parts of one company programme, each at its own stage of delivery.
The service structure covers ongoing grounds maintenance, seasonal work, tree care, watering, planting, winter maintenance and property services. Visitors can explore a service, make a short enquiry or open a guided quotation request.
From enquiry to a job the team can work with
The wider implementation connects lead capture with staff access, assignment, internal notes and site visits. A quotation can be prepared and versioned, accepted by the customer and turned into a job. Billing preparation and an operational dashboard complete the tested workflow.
In an isolated preview on 19 August 2026, a synthetic enquiry was taken through that full journey. That demonstrated the connections between the stages, including the handover from public enquiry to private staff work.
The purpose is practical: carry the same useful context forward as a customer moves from asking a question to approving work, rather than rebuilding the record at each handover.
Useful assistance alongside the service pages
The public site includes Trädgårdsrådgivaren, a garden-adviser interface. It sits alongside the normal contact options, so visitors can choose the route that suits their question.
Current delivery status
The public website is live and can be explored through the link above. The connected operational workflow has been implemented and tested in a candidate environment. Its current production rollout is not claimed here; the dated preview test is the evidence for that part of the work. It used synthetic records without sending real customer email or making production accounting writes.
The administration and work-order reference describes another part of the same NU AB programme. These references show complementary systems for one business, rather than separate customer engagements.
The screenshot was captured from the public website on 18 September 2026. The landscaping image within that website is labelled illustrative. Private staff screens and customer records are not displayed.
