Who it is for

Help the right customer take the next step.

  • Small service businesses that need the website to produce useful enquiries
  • Established firms with traffic but weak conversion or unclear service pages
  • Specialist providers that need accurate explanations and a controlled website assistant

Problems addressed

  • Visitors cannot quickly tell what you do, where you work or whether the service fits
  • Useful expertise and completed projects are buried or missing from service pages
  • The contact route is hard to use on a phone, or useful enquiry context gets lost
  • A chatbot sounds helpful but invents prices, availability or promises

Included

  • Lead-website package: eight to twelve pages planned around your services and real buying questions
  • Responsive implementation, descriptive page titles, internal links, canonicals and appropriate structured data
  • Search Console setup with client access, a sitemap and agreed enquiry measurement
  • A tested structured enquiry form; the assistant package adds approved knowledge, limits and human handoff

Not included

  • Search ranking, indexing, traffic or AI citation guarantees
  • Mass-generated location or keyword pages
  • Autonomous quoting, legal advice or unsupported chatbot claims
  • Domain, premium assets, model usage and other third-party subscriptions

In practice

Help a visitor decide, then make contact easy.

A service-business website needs more than a polished homepage. The lead-website package joins up the questions people ask before they trust you with a job.

Explain the right service

Give each important service its own useful explanation: who it helps, scope, evidence, likely next step and price context.

Real service areas and projects only; no made-up local offices or testimonials.

Capture a useful enquiry

Let a mobile visitor state the need and contact details, then carry the selected service and campaign context into the enquiry.

Collect only what the team needs to respond. A longer questionnaire can follow later.

Answer recurring questions

An optional assistant helps people navigate your approved content and passes them to a person when an answer needs judgement.

It does not invent a quote, book unavailable work or replace your commercial decisions.

Delivery process

Reduce uncertainty in deliberate stages.

01

Define the offer

Agree your best-fit customer, priority services, genuine service area, proof and what the enquiry must tell you.

02

Plan the pages

Make each page answer a useful buying question. Agree who supplies and approves copy, images and project references.

03

Build the journey

Connect service pages to evidence, price context and a mobile-friendly enquiry. Add an assistant only when it earns its place.

04

Test and launch

Check pages, links, search setup and delivery to your team. If migrating, agree redirects and a rollback route before launch.

Reviews and ongoing care

Support as your website develops.

Domains, premium assets, ecommerce services, model/API usage and third-party subscriptions are separate. Search and AI visibility are supported but never guaranteed.

Evidence and limits

See the work behind the offer.

  • Every important page answers a defined buyer question in visible, accessible text.
  • Build validation covers routes, metadata, canonicals, structured data, links, forms and essential responsive behaviour.
  • A generative assistant must use approved knowledge, link to supporting pages, decline unknowns and hand the visitor to a person.
  • Search, citation and conversion improvements are measured after launch rather than claimed in advance.

Questions

Before you enquire.

How much does a service-business website cost?

Our Starter Business Website is £1,295 for up to five core pages. The AI-Ready Lead Website starts at £2,495, and the website-plus-assistant package starts at £5,500. Scope is confirmed before work begins; domains, hosting and ongoing care are separate unless included in the agreement.

Do I need to buy a review before a new website?

No. Enquire about a build directly. The paid review is optional for an existing site or when you need a written assessment before deciding what to change.

What does AI-ready for search actually mean?

Clear, crawlable pages that answer real questions, backed by accurate business facts and evidence. Google does not require a special AI file or schema for its AI search features. This is useful search preparation, not a guarantee that an AI system will cite your business.

Will the website include an AI chatbot?

Only when you choose and scope an assistant. It answers from approved business content, links to sources and hands off unknowns. Model usage, hosting, review of answers and ongoing knowledge updates need an agreed budget and owner.

Can the form send leads to our existing CRM or job system?

Yes, where suitable access and integrations exist. A tested enquiry form is part of the lead-website scope; CRM, job creation and other operational integrations are separately scoped business-automation work.

Will a rebuild protect the pages Google already knows?

We review existing URLs and important pages before migration, then agree redirects, content to retain, canonicals and launch checks. Search engines still control recrawling and rankings, so a migration cannot promise zero fluctuation.

Can you improve an existing site instead of rebuilding it?

Yes. The £495 Website Search & Conversion Review identifies whether repair, focused content work, migration or a rebuild is the proportionate next step.
